Our training approach does not use shock collars or rely solely on treat-based methods. Instead, we use a balanced system that includes gentle but firm verbal discipline, specialized equipment, coaxing, and verbal praise. This method is adapted from proven military and police-style training and tailored specifically for service and assistance dogs.
This SYSTEM has been carefully developed and refined over 50 years of hands-on experience. It continues to evolve and improve, ensuring it remains effective, humane, and adaptable to each dog’s unique needs. With this method, your dog will learn, comprehend, and obey—while also having fun and building a happy, confident demeanor.
As part of the program, you will be fully involved in the process. We’ll teach you how to effectively communicate with your dog, creating a stronger, lasting bond between handler and companion.

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Dogs are trained to interrupt panic attacks, provide safety buffers in crowds, wake from nightmares, and create a calming presence during flashbacks or hypervigilance episodes.
Neurological Sensory Alert & Mitigation
Service dogs alert to overstimulation or sensory overload and perform tasks (e.g., pressure therapy, redirection) to help reduce escalation.
TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury)
Service dogs assist individuals with memory, focus, emotional regulation, and physical support related to impairments from brain injury.
DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder)
Dogs provide grounding during identity switches, offer continuity between states, and give emotional stability during confusion or distress.

Dogs are trained to retrieve dropped or needed items such as medication, phone, keys, or assistive devices on command.

Dogs assist by alerting to important sounds (alarms, doorbells) or guiding around obstacles and navigating environments more safely.
Mobility
Trained to provide physical support, help with transitions (sitting, standing), and assist with walking, bracing, or retrieving mobility aids.

Our Service Dog Training program offers personalized 1:1 sessions with you and your four-legged companion, ensuring you’re both learning side by side every step of the way. Rather than sending your dog away to a facility, we believe in keeping them at home—where they belong—so they can grow, bond, and learn with you in real-time. This hands-on approach not only strengthens your relationship but also allows you to be part of the most important milestones in your dog’s development. Training is tailored to meet your unique needs and is a minimum 1-year commitment, giving your dog the time and consistency needed to master essential service skills and public access behaviors. You’ll be fully supported and empowered throughout the journey as your dog transforms into a reliable, confident service partner.
