At Service Dogs of Southern Nevada (SDSN), we are committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability in all financial transactions. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Donations
All donations made to SDSN are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, donations are used immediately to support our mission, including training, care, and placement of service dogs. Tax-deductible donation receipts will be provided.
Service Dog Training Programs
Fees paid toward service dog training are partially refundable under the following conditions:

Cancellation before training begins: A full refund may be issued if a portion of the training was paid by the handler, minus a $200 administrative fee.

Cancellation within the first two weeks of training: If a portion of the services was paid. A prorated refund will be considered based on services already rendered.

No refunds will be issued after the second week of training, or for missed sessions, unless approved under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of SDSN.
